Filaments and Use
There are two main filament choices for most wafer brushes: polypropylene and steel wire.
Polypropylene offers a softer filament that won't cut into the harder road surfaces.
These highly abrasive brushes are well suited for heavier industrial applications
like metal finishing and well cleaning.
① For wafer brush with inner diameter less than 128mm, the pin diameter is about 6mm; ② For wafer brush with inner diameter over128mm, the pin diameter is about 8mm;
③ Pin spacing: default 30-32mm (customize larger pin spacing 35-40mm need to reopen the mold)
