① For wafer brush with inner diameter less than 128mm, the pin diameter is about 6mm; ② For wafer brush with inner diameter over 128mm, the pin diameter is about 8mm; ③ Pin spacing: default 30-32mm (customize larger pin spacing 35-40mm need to reopen themold)
